The science behind results
A picosecond laser emits pulses lasting a trillionth of a second – up to 100× shorter than the older Nd:YAG nanosecond laser. Such a short pulse doesn't heat the skin but creates a massive pressure shock directly inside the pigment molecule.
This photomechanical effect shatters pigment into much finer dust than the thermal effect of older lasers. Finer particles are eliminated by the lymphatic system far more quickly – so results are visible sooner and the number of sessions is lower.
Another advantage: the picosecond laser works on all colours including difficult shades (green, yellow, turquoise) that nanosecond lasers struggle with.
Methods
Permanent makeup (eyebrows, lips) responds to the picosecond laser significantly faster than classic tattoos – typically in 2–4 sessions. We remove old pigment and prepare the ideal base for a new procedure. Suitable for shape correction, colour change or complete PMU removal.

We assess the pigment, colour, depth and application technique. We propose a plan – number of sessions and method. Bring a photo in natural light.
We apply numbing cream and wait 20–30 minutes. Sensitivity is significantly reduced – most clients rate discomfort at 2–3/10.
The laser head emits pulses in picoseconds directly onto the pigment. A session lasts 15–30 minutes. The laser shatters pigment into fine dust without damaging surrounding tissue.
We immediately cool the area with an ice pack and apply a healing cream. You leave with precise aftercare instructions for the next 7–10 days.
The lymphatic system gradually eliminates the broken-down pigment. Results appear in waves – the process continues for weeks after each session.
After healing we assess the result and plan the next session, or – if the pigment has faded sufficiently – proceed to a new PMU procedure.
