(hereinafter referred to as the "Seller")

2. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer when concluding purchase contracts via the online shop available at https://www.domiliner.sk.

By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these T&C. The T&C form an integral part of the purchase contract.

3. Order & Contract Formation

A purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order by email. The Seller reserves the right to decline an order if the product is out of stock or if there is an obvious pricing error.

  • An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission by emailing info@domiliner.sk.
  • Once the goods have been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — the return procedure (Article 6) applies.
  • The Seller will confirm the order by email within 2 business days.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; the price valid at the time the order is submitted is binding for the Buyer.

Available payment methods

  • Card payment online — via the secure GlobalPayments payment gateway
  • Bank transfer — payment details will be sent by email after order confirmation; goods will be dispatched once payment is received
  • Cash — payment on in-salon pickup

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered by courier or via in-salon pickup at the operating address: Nám. gen. M. R. Štefánika 10/14, Brezno, Slovakia.

  • In-salon pickup: free of charge, during salon opening hours
  • Courier: shipping cost is displayed at checkout
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from payment confirmation

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.

6. Withdrawal & Returns

A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

  • Withdrawal must be submitted in writing by email to info@domiliner.sk.
  • Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.
  • The cost of returning goods is borne by the Buyer.
  • The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, products whose packaging has been opened after delivery (cosmetics, serums, creams) cannot be returned.

7. Complaints

The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt. Obvious damage or incomplete delivery must be reported immediately.

  • The statutory warranty period is 24 months from the date of receipt.
  • Complaints may be submitted by email to info@domiliner.sk or in person at the salon.
  • We will resolve complaints within 30 days of submission.
  • In the event of a valid complaint, the Buyer is entitled to repair, replacement or a refund.

8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data (name, address, email, phone) solely for the purpose of processing the order and fulfilling legal obligations, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract).

  • Personal data is not sold to third parties.
  • Data is retained for the period required by applicable law.
  • The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, erase and port their data.
  • Data protection requests should be sent to info@domiliner.sk.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If the Buyer is dissatisfied with how a complaint was handled, they may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) for alternative dispute resolution at www.soi.sk, or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Final Provisions

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The Seller reserves the right to amend the T&C at any time; changes take effect on the date of their publication on this page. Orders submitted before the change are governed by the T&C valid at the time of submission.
